"AM I DYING?" episode 1: the headache
This post represents the first in a series concerning those times when you're dead sober and pretty much know you're dying. You're not, so leave your mom alone.episode 1: the headache
so, you have a headache.
Do you have a brain tumor? Probably not. Really probably not if you don't have these symptoms: cranial pressure, sudden outset of seizures, phantom smells or tastes.
Do you have a migraine? More likely, but still probably not the case. The vast majority of migraines are characterized by severe headache (often only in one side of the head) and nausea (with or without vom-ing) that last 4 hours to 3 days in duration. Migraines are sometimes preceded by a visual hallucination called an aura.
So yeah, you probably just have a headache. Take an Excedrin, drink some water (most headaches come from dehydration anyway.) You'll be fine.
